Hi I am thinking of buying a property in Perth, Australia .. and let me know what a real estate broker will charge me? What will the mortgage application fee? Thanks

The person selling the property pays the commission not the buyer. Mortgage application fees vary depending on who you go with mine was free, but others pay up to K rates.
