real estate courses online california
how long are the classes to take the real estate exam??
particularly in california.
but is it possible for me to take these courses online like you can do with the drivers permit? and then take the test in a class room?
or do i have to take the courses in a classroom? alsois there an age requirement to take these classes?
Don’t listen to him, it’s a great time to be in real estate, just not if you can’t think outside the box and/or you are lazy! so many REO’s to list, short sales, pre-foreclosures, etc.
You didn’t say what state you are in, but in CA you just have to be enrolled in the principles class to take the state exam. You can take Principles online and finish in as little as 18 days. Mind you this all changes in California October 7, 2007. After that date you will need 3 classes before you test.
